My name is Bryony and I am certified in both Yoga and Ayurveda.
I will always be thankful for finding Yoga and experiencing the mental, physcial and spiritual benefits since stepping on the mat for the first time in 2019. I became a Yoga teacher to learn more about the practice and to allow me to share Yoga with those around me!
