Relationships.
Probably the single most vital key to having good relationships is to begin understanding and embracing within one's life the ideas of spirituality and thereby introducing a deep rooted spiritual basis to Life.
Firstly, what does the word 'spiritual' mean. The closest description seems to be Intent. On a surface level, simple intentions. But also, Intent as 'spirit', is the complete edifice of anything at a governing, driving, intentional level, including emotional energy, action and manifestation. Spirit is the life breathing force, the motivating drive, the act and the manifestation all in unity.
Spiritual therefore usually looks at and addresses the more underlying and motivating factors of things.
So within the topic of relationships, by far the most important relationship we will ever have in life is the one with 'our-selves'. Second is likely our partners in life and related family. Our relationship with our pet hamster is no less important dynamically. If our self-relationship is healthy, then this will ripple out as we deal with and manage all other relationships.
Elements of a healthy self-relationship include:
* Appropriate self respect & value
* Understanding the dynamics of and avoidance of egotistically driven self-importance
* Ability to actualise belief positively
* Understanding of what a human being actually is:
- Spirit
- Mind
- Body
- Soul
* Understanding of all types of conditioning.
* How to proceed as a living spirit with a mind, soul and physical body.
* Understanding of Masculine & Feminine states of awareness and how to use these in our lives.
* Understanding of various levels and grades of purpose
* Living a meaningful, ful-filled life.
