Death
"Morning, noon, and night, my physical death sits with me here on the mat. At any random moment, it may tap me, and my time will be up.
For some, this is terrifying, yet I rejoice. My death is my best friend, a true and loyal advisor I can turn to in a time of need. I can ask my death anything and it will unerringly reply and guide my steps straight and true.
You see, the real 'me' resides there on the other side. This 'me' I know so well is actually a fake. A projection I'm still struggling to shape and form, like an actor on a stage.
So I'm never afraid nor shy to chat away with my death. Decisions, great and small, states of mind, feelings and more, my deaths a trusted authority and guide. Who better to help me on my way than my own greater self, there on the other side" .
Actions you can take
Make a firm commitment to your own self realization and empowerment. Prioritize this as the most important work of your life.
Set aside a few minutes everyday to contemplate:
* What is your relationship like to your own eventual physical death?
* Make a daily habit of turning to your death for advice and even assistance.
Practice this in tandem with Inner Silence. Although all the teachings inter-relate and are needed.
