This setting for this Sacred Spiral Yoga Retreat takes place in the profound tranquillity and beauty of the ancient Magaliesburg mountains in South Africa. The Retreat lead by Paul Carlos and Helen Hansen, will also be streamed online.
The focus is on restoration and reconnection with our deep inner Being on a Soul level using the modalities of Yoga, Sound, Meditation, Traditional Chinese Medicine practices and more. .
Includes daily Meditation, Breathing practice and Asana, Sacred Sound (full Sound Scape on Saturday evening) Discussions around practical Yoga and Spirituality in our daily lives, deep Relaxation, nature walks - (some online participation where possible)
For our in-person folk we have wholesome and delicious vegetarian/vegan food, comfortable accommodation and a magnificent environment.

Helen Hansen is a kinesiologist specialising in meridian therapy, archetypal psychology and mind-body healthcare. (Also incorporating Chinese Traditional Medicine)
Helen has been active in mind-body healing for twenty five years, including her own health journey alongside the healing journey of thousands of her clients
Helen’s intention is to educate holistically in order to empower mindfully.
