The focus is on restoration and reconnection with our deep inner Being using the modalities of Yoga, Sound and Meditation.
Includes daily meditation, breathing practice and asana, sacred sound. (full Sound Scape on Saturday evening) Discussions around practical Yoga and Spirituality in our daily lives, deep relaxation, nature walks.
