Q - Are you affiliated to any other Yoga school?
Although we are accredited with Y.A.I and trust and admire Swami Vidyanand's work, we are not affiliated any further. We also draw a lot of inspiration and teachings from Swami Jananeshvara Bharati's work (Himalayan Master's) Again we are not directly affiliated.
Can I complete your programs online?
Yes, our programs are 100% online including the assessment process.
Q - How long will it take me to finish your programs?
Since you work at your own pace, this is entirely up to you
Q - What is required for the online assessments?
Each program - Level 1, 2 and 3, have slightly different requirements. Please refer to the procedure pages for each level in the actual programs. Udemy students can find everything in the Free admin Category 6 course.
Q - Do I have to be teaching Yoga to enroll?
No this is not absolutely necessary, however we strongly encourage you to at least gather a few friends or family once a week. For the assessment you will have to submit video of your work anyway. Apart from this the material will make much more long term sense if you are teaching and sharing regularly.

Q - Is the Spiritual Coaching only for Yoga students?
No, the Spiritual Coaching is available to anyone interested or in need. Simply contact us via one of the forms. We also have a full course now published.
