Paola Warrender

Paola has been practicing Yoga since 2000 and is a certified Sacred Spiral Teacher. She owns and operates this studio and is actively involved with Sacred Spiral as well as other endeavours. Paola has a keen interest in African Traditional healing and practices and the esoteric world in general. She runs a successful Black-smithing business and an on-going learner-ship program to train previously dis-advantaged people in this craft. Paola is available for private tuition by appointment.
