About Paul Carlos
 Paul is a certified 500h Y.A.I yoga instructor with over 6000  hours of teaching experience, Originally certifying in the B.K.S Iyengar Yoga school Paul went on later to develop his own style and register Sacred Spiral Yoga with Yoga Alliance India.

Paul has developed comprehensive Sacred Spiral Yoga Teachers Training programs including an Essential Introduction, 100 hour, 200 hour and 500 hour courses. 

Currently also on offer are Spiritual Mentoring programs for selected folk both at the Yoga Shala or online via zoom and other platforms. A Spiritual Mentoring course will be available shortly as an alternative online offering.

Paul also has extensive experience with Yang style Tai Ji, Tao Yin, Qi Gong/Nei Gong and other Meditation disciplines. He has lived, retreated and worked in various Buddhist center's over the years and further has a great interest in many diverse wisdom traditions.

As a professional musician, Paul plays Spanish Guitar, Sacred Chant, Didgeridoo, Tibetan Singing Bowls, Deep Throat Tibetan and other forms of Chanting as well as many other ethnic instruments.
