Sacred Music and Sound
Sacred Spiral primarily uses sound for Relaxation and Meditation purposes. Paul plays Didgeridoo as well as instruments such as Chinese Water Bowl, Tibetan Meditation Bowls, Chimes, Bells, Wooden Chimes, African Kalimba, Djembe, Spanish Guitar and more. As a vocalist, Paul includes Tibetan and Mongolian Overtone Chanting and other vocal chanting sounds. The new and exciting addition to our Sacred Sound is the Sacred Yidaki Massage. Although the body is never touched, this 50/60 minute session offers our clients an opportunity for healing and restoration in body, soul and spirit. Paul has introduced the Didgeridoo massage, combining an induced deep relaxation, deep meditation and psychic vibrational healing. Paul will shortly be offering this session for individuals psychically globally via the internet using only a name and photograph and a few emails to set it up. The sessions do need to be time co-ordinated. The sessions will be offered initially on a donation basis. Paul has concentrated mainly on presenting Sound Journeys in his musical career. Music for Guided and Non-Guided Meditation and Deep Relaxation is an on-going development. The overall aim of Sacred Spiral Sound is to bring powerful tools to assist us in altering our habitual states of consciousness when seeking self-realization. |
