Sound - from ancient music and chants, drumming and song to the very speech we vocalize every day, sound is extremely powerful. Sound can heal, harm, break glass, lift or dampen our spirits, inspire motivation, reverence, joy, anger and much more.

Paul Carlos plays Classical / Spanish guitar, Didgeridoo, African djembe, various instruments such as chimes, rain makers, bells and Himayalan singing bowls. Further, Paul has developed a range of vocal techniques including deep throat Tibetan chanting, a number of different overtone styles and more. 

 As a SoundScape artist, Paul has developed a range of Solfeggio frequency audios that play an important role. These specific frequencies are associated with calming and stress relief, mental clarity and enhanced learning ability, insomnia relief, pain relief and many more positive benefits.

Sound Healing is a great modality for individuals or couples to experience while staying at a boutique hotel, lodge or spa. The session is wonderfully calming, balancing and can facilitate healing on multiple levels - emotional, mental, physical. 

The SoundScapes are great for small groups up to fifteen people. This is a musical experience combining live and ambient sound to create a true 3D sound environment. 

Both interventions run approximately 60 minutes. The time can be reduced on request.

Sound Healing
The 60 minute session aims to assist in bringing you into alignment with Heart, Mind and Body. Healing and Balance occur when true alignment is achieved with your souls purpose.
Live, acoustic sound and music is presented while you are made comfortable on a dedicated bed. 
Various fragrances are used unless our client is not keen - some folk are allergic or dislike aroma. High quality incense  or essential oil candles are used

Sound Healing is an exotic tool for deep relaxation and may even induce altered states of awareness.
